Hello. Yes, anyone from anywhere can send pictures to the frame. No, there is no limit for the number of people who can send pictures to the frame.

Idk about the direct send feature, but there are options that would let anyone add pictures for sure. For example: linking the frame to a Dropbox folder and then sharing that Dropbox folder with anyone you want. Might take a smidge of tech savy or google-fu, but not very complicated to set up.

You can do this for sure. We have 'Shared Playlists' to do that. At the moment, up to 10 people can contribute to the Shared Playlist, which anyone can send from anywhere in the world, to a single frame.
