• On a Nixplay frame, yes as long as your stepdad's nephew has internet access - send him an invite from the app and he can share pictures easy peasy

• yes as long as the emailed pictures album is selected on the device. The set up gives you an email address to share with relatives that will email the pics to that album which is updated over wifi to the device
