• Hi, the Nokia 225 comes unlocked which means it's not tied to any service provider. You'll need to get a SIM card from your chosen carrier.

• No. SIM card is provided by your service carrier. I will say, though, that since getting this phone I have had lost service, dropped and staticky calls, and I sometimes don't get text messages until hours or days after they were sent. I am so disappointed that I purchased this phone.
