“Is this phone compatible with VoLTE, i.e., HD voice? 3G devices and 4G devices on the AT&T network that don't support HD Voice won't work as 7/21/21. None of the phones I have been looking at address that spec.”

Yes. This device is VoLTE capable and fully works on the AT&T network. The 5.4 does offer OZO spatial audio and wind noise cancellation.
