Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it is not. The salesman said it was when we bought the phone at Best Buy. We didn't find out until after the return time expired that the salesperson was mistaken. It did partially work on Verizon. It worked as a regular phone and I could send text messages, but didn't realize until much later that I wasn't receiving text messages. I was on the phone with Verizon for more than an hour as they tried many things to get the texts to work. Nothing worked. Verizon was very nice and replaced my old phone with a new one for $19 since it was insured. So I don't need the Nokia. We are gifting it to a needy family that uses TMobile.
