“Why it’s implied HSPA+ is actual full fledged 4G/LTE network? It was quite misleading as it keeps assuring it’s a 4G capable but in reality it keeps being 3G (3.5G if you wish). The SIM card is also 4G/LTE capable as tested on LTE devices”
