Not familiar with Walmart Family Mobile, but according to Google search Walmart Family Mobile is running on TMO network. I'm using Nokia 7.2 on TMO network and it's fully functional. And since the phone is unlocked, so it should not be a problem to use it with Walmart Family Mobile prepaid SIM.
