Yes, it does allow for more than one person. I created one set of documents for me and one set for my wife so know that it allows for 2 for sure. And, yes, you do print the forms and then get them notarized. You need to check the requirements for your state as they differ from one state to another.

License says useable by anyone in the immediate family. You get the disc, but can go online to download a windows version and an apple version. Some forms just needs a witness, some need to be notarized. The printout includes detailed instructions for all concerned.
