• Yes it does. Just make sure you have the Apple 5W USB Power Adapter Charging Head. you insert it and use it as a wall/battery pack a 2 for 1.

• After it has been charged it can charge your phone without being plugged into the wall.

• you have to charge the battery pack then when you're out running around and you notice that your phone is going to die you can plug the battery back into your phone

• Yes it does but what makes this different from those regular portable chargers is that it can also jump start a car.

• When the phone is low or dead, you plus your phone cable in and it will charge to full. It takes maybe 30-35 mins. No power outlet needed. It does need the USB part.
