QuestionWhat are the box dimensions for this treadmill?

- Answer 7ft x 3ft x 2ft. Unless you have a wide/large stairwell or outside access, you will not be able to get it to a basement. Highly recommend you read my review before opting to have Best Buy deliver. Opted for this one given treadmill guru’s comparison reviews - has fan (Peloton doesn’t), workouts that adapt with you according to how your abilities improve (Peloton doesn’t), better cushioning for knees and joints (compared to mult others). To me the treadmill is worth it (haven’t used — stuck in box, see review), just beware of how Best Buy will handle it.

- Answer Yes… not “supposed to” but… it’s essentially an android tablet and if you go to YouTube people show you how. I have Netflix and peloton app on mine and it works great!

QuestionI bought a NordicTrack 2450 in 2020. The manual doesn’t say anything about lubricating the belt but should I be doing that?

- Answer Kassandra Great question, we hope you are enjoying your new 2450 Treadmill! Our treadmills come pre-lubricated so users don’t have to worry about lubricating the belt when it first arrives. - Answer I just bought one. You can use it manually like any other treadmill; however, there are many cool features with using Wi-Fi. Hope this helps.

QuestionWe have a 2450 treadmill which was purchased in 2020. I've been looking for an ethernet port but have not found one. Is there one on this product or is wifi the only option for internet connection? Thanks

QuestionDoes this treadmill have any onboard workouts or any generic maps to view while using instead of the blue bar track for each quarter mile? I'm so far very disappointed in the minimum's that it has, almost requiring an IFIT subscription.

- Answer Please do not believe the 'commercial' label means better quality. I have a 2950 commercial nordictrack. They are lousy build, mine has been out of repair for 10 of the 16 months I have owned it. Avoid ICON fitness products period.

- Answer Per the treadmill guru app - yes. This was another reason I chose it (mine is still awaiting install). This treadmill is, however, larger/longer than others.

- Answer You can opt to purchase delivery & assembly, but I strongly advise against it! I purchased delivery & assembly and it was a complete disaster. A third party service delivered and incorrectly assembled the treadmill. A "replacement order" was placed and I never received it. I ended up returning the treadmill and purchasing it directly through NordicTrack. I ended up paying less than through Best Buy.
