No, some assembly is required. Will have to install seat, seat post, pedals, front/rear base supports (this is the most challenging when alone), front handlebar stem, handlebar, display arm, and display. Not too challenging but if not mechanically inclined or lack patience, strongly suggest that you get help. Also may impact any potential warranties that you have on it if you do it yourself and accidentally damage one of the components.
