• Handlebar elevation can be adjusted up and down. Note that adjustment forward and back is not possible. Only up and down.

• Not sure what you're comparing to, but this is like other spin-type bikes. Handlebars are lower than the seat.

• The handle bars are adjustable. Don't know how high you want them to go but I would guess it would work for you.
