I think BB stopped the assembly with COVID-19 stuff. The bike was fairly easy to assemble. Took less than an hour to put it together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not during this shutdown. They deliver it in a box to your door for safety reasons. It took me (73 years old) about 21/2 hours taking my time. Instructions are very cleat. Tools are included except for mounting monitor arm. Great bike. The one to get if you can,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am uncertain but am guessing this is regional during covid pandemic. The bike is 200 lbs and fairly hard to move even when fully assembled. The box fit in the back of my BMW X3 with its seats down. Assembly was easier and sturdier than ikea furniture and only took about 2 hours. 20-30 screws. Directions say you need 2 people, a rubber mallet, and an adjustable wrench. I used a ratchet. I assembled it alone. I could assemble almost everything with the equipment that came in the box, but needed the adjustable wrench or a ratchet to tighten the bolt for holding the TV mount to the handle bars. Make sure you have enough space. It will work for the pandemic in my apartment in the living room but given its size, probably won’t be a permanent fixture in my house. The directions recommend keeping the box until fully assembled. I am guessing this is in case you want to return it. If you are questioning space, i would consider opening the box carefully. I tore through the box. There is zero chance a fully assembled bike would fit in my car.
