Hi there! These model numbers are essentially the same bike. The only difference between the two is an upgrade to the lift motor/power board for improved stability, and an updated left crank arm/design. If you need further information, email us at [email protected]. Thanks - NordicTrack
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The BestBuy unit with "2117" in the model number is the model from year 2117. BestBuy now also sells the NTEX02121 model, which is new in year 2121. The 2121 model has a number of improvements which are described in the NordicTrack website.

Please try again later.I felt more comfortable using the Bestbuy site because I knew if I had any concerns about my purchase I would be able to speak with someone at Bestbuy. I've purchased on the bestbuy site and in bestbuy stores and never had a problem. Plus I was able to save me some money on assembling the Bike myself, I didn't see that option on the Nordictrack site.
