Yes the bike has bluetooth--folks that say it doesnt are wrong. It's an Android Tablet (old version 5.1 but still android). Just swipe up on screen to get to settings and you can easily turn on bluetooth, connect to headphones. I dont have a HR monitor but I connect to my cheap Ink'd Wireless headphones every day.

For headphones they do Not currently offer Bluetooth connection however I confirmed with icon fitness this will be added with an Automatic update. It is their number one request. They send updates all the time and have been great to work with answering any question I have. I use traditional headphones and plug in for now with a long cord. If you don’t want to wait You can purchase a Bluetooth Adapter for $15 that plugs into the headphone jack.

Also you can HDMI out to your big screen TV and if your big screen TV has Bluetooth then you can listen to it that way. We love the bike, and so many more features than a Peloton. Glad I didn’t buy a Peloton.
