I actually bought this bike about 2 months ago. My wife rode it 3 times and the resistance stopped working as well as the incline/decline stopped working. (The resistance was stuck on a very high level where we could hardly turn the pedals) Since it was obviously still under warranty I called Nordictract and they said it the small electronic control board that controls everything on the bike needed to be replaced. They shipped it to me for free and I had it in about 4 or 5 days. If your handy and have worked on mechanical things it's fairly simple to take out the old one and install the new one. You have to disassemble some things to get to it but then it's pretty easy. If you don't have any experience or are not handy mechanically I would suggest you get someone who is. Through the process I did learn that it's not uncommon for this to happen and the problem was solved when I replaced the board. Since our bike was under warranty I do not know the cost of the board should you need to purchase it. Other than this issue, we have very happy with the bike. Hope that helps and best of luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
