The length is about 52"" and that is from the furthest point in front to the handle in the back. The seat is the widest point and it is just shy of 26"". Assembly is possible with one person because I did it but you will need a chair to hold the body of the bike up while attaching the bottom stabilizing bars. For me the hardest part was the just before last step which requires the attachment of the back of the display with screws. It had you attach the top two screws and they didn't want to go in all the way so I had to put them in and take them out a couple times to make the holes big enough for the screw to tighten down fully. Be careful not to strip the head of the screw which is a philips. I do like it though since is has been finished. You even get a free 30 days of ifit app. It will take a couple of hours to put together, at least it did for me.
