Yes if you loosen the head unit so it tilts then you should be fine

You would have to talk directly to the store you have it delivered to. My guess would be that it shouldn't be a problem though as you would expect, I'm sure there would be additional cost. Most stores have a no contact policy with curbside pick-up, so they should be able to put it in the back of a truck for you as well, since it will already be paid for if ordered online. Once again the key is to contact the specific store that it is being delivered to.
