Your reply said - not sure if you realize to change the tension of the wheel you move it back and forth to adjust the tension. The numbers should be on the side.
I tried this and it makes no difference what setting it is on. Everything seems to be working properly except the tension does not change regardless what setting it is on.
The Rower is for my wife and she can barely use is because the tension is set way to high. I have tried it and regardless what setting it is on it stays the same.
