Q: QuestionThis rowing machine is very heavy (158 Lbs.) Is this one piece of equipment or are any pieces separate to reduce the weight from the rowing machine when moving it? For a such a heavy item the weight limit seems Low @ 250 LBS. Video screen size is what?

• A:Answer The item is heavy. But not as heavy as I had first anticipated. since you are leveraging it onto the front sliding wheels it's not extremely difficult to move around. The unit is very well built. The weight rating is most likely given for whatever is the weakest point in the system (perhaps the belt/pull system). The frame itself can obviously carry much more weight than the 250lbs. NordicTrack should update the small pieces and test it so they can release a product that is open up to heavier people.

Q: QuestionCan you stream netflix or other apps to the screen while working out?

• A:Answer unfortunately no. there is a small work around with a privileged mode but it is a hack and not a first party solution. best just to set a tablet in front of your workout (whether manual or not)
