- Answer Chris It is not recommended to place this unit or any fitness equipment outside. Water, dust, and extreme temperatures can damage the unit. - Answer It is quite heavy. It is easy to assemble if you’re patient and follow the instructions step by step. There is a warranty. Be sure to register it to activate the warranty.

QuestionI don’t see a pause button. Someone said it only pauses for a minute ( not enough time to run to the bathroom!) or 2 then it RESETS ITSELF. How long will it remember your workout. Not using your app.
