• No. You can use manual mode. It shows a little pin on a track and shows lap time, elapsed time, distance, estimated calories, speed, and incline. Both speed and incline are push-button changes.

• No, but the setup is difficult and you need to chose to bybass IFit each time you turn on the machine. Log into IFit is a process.

• Not to use it manually, which is just a view of a circular track. There are a few free iFit videos you can use but many features are locked behind the pay wall

• No, you do not have to have a membership. All you have to do is sign up for a free just enter your email and create a password that is easy to remember
