• Vonnie When first starting the treadmill, the beginning speed on our T Series 10 treadmill is 1 mph. Once the workout has begun, the speed can be lowered to .5 mph if needed. • I believe that it will start as low as 1.0 mph

• Starts at 1 mph but then you can decrease it down to 0.5 mph if needed to.
