“If using without iFit, does it have built in training programs? If so, do they automatically adjust speed and incline?”

STEVE Great question! Our T Series 5 Treadmill does not feature built-in training programs. We do offer select free iFIT workouts that will automatically adjust the speed and incline of the treadmill when performing an iFIT workout. The free workouts will change periodically.
