It will charge the payment method you used for the purchase that the program came with unless you cancel the service in advance. I never buy programs that auto renew!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For Norton subscriptions purchased through retailers like Best Buy, auto‑renewal is associated with the Norton account created during setup, not simply the download itself. If the subscription was never activated or linked to a Norton account, it should not renew or charge automatically. If activation did occur, the renewal price is shown clearly in the Norton account before any charge is processed, and reminder emails are sent in advance so there are no surprises. Renewal charges are only applied to the payment method saved in the Norton account—not through Best Buy—unless auto‑renewal is turned off beforehand. Once activated - in order to prevent your Norton subscription from renewing automatically, please follow instructions here: https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20090818144126EN Should you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team here www.norton.com/support who would be happy to help. Thank you.
