• Don't bother with it. Norton is at the low end of computer security and protection I used to subscribe to them several years ago until I came across Webroot, which offers far superior protection at a lower price. And they are not intrusive with ads and pop up like Norton. It's a lousy product.

• If you look online to the subscribed email you will find the Norton key code to input on the computer.

• It took 48 hours to receive in my email. Also, you can check your orders through the BestBuy website in your account. There should be an option to download from there.
