First, my disclaimer, I have access to Dragon at work, and have been researching it to decide if/which version to buy for home. Supposedly to transcribe an audiofile you need the professional version, which is about twice the price (and has a few other features, such as specific integrations for Excel and PowerPoint). That having been said, I don't see why you couldn't just play the conversation out loud next to the computer microphone and see what Dragon transcribes. Good luck.
