I think you can only use this on a PC.

yes it can be install on pc with no problem as for the ipad all software as for as i know go there the apple app store sorry if not helpful, and yes you can use this software for this ability. I use it all the time for me with my disability dyslexia. The only downside is the software takes time to learn your voice.
