Open a PDF file. On the View tab,
select Pages.
2. Right click in the navigation pane, select Insert Pages.
Alternatively, on the Insert tab, select Page.
3. Select From file
In the left hand-side pane, right click to Extract or Duplicate a page.
Drag and drop a page to reorder.
