“Under "Features" it says that this phone is voice activated. In Q&A it says it's not. Which is it?”

• As I just wrote in my review, I could not get the voice activation to work, and when I reached out to customer service before returning the phone for a full refund---other than the shipping cost---they told me that that feature was not available on the phone.
