• Yes it does you get them in your Best Buy library and redeem them on the Nvidia application

• Yes and no. As of 7/17/2020 at least, it comes with only one game now which is "Death Stranding." You'll get an email after purchase with the instructions on how to redeem the game through the GeForce Experience program. You'll need a steam account to link it to.
