I ordered the card on release day and I still do not have it. Supposedly there is a large shipment coming in soon. I'm assuming already ordered cards have priority, so that could mean there is a limited amount released between now and November 20th.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered a 3070 on release day (Oct 29) in the first few minutes and got a confirmation from Best Buy. They gave me an estimate of Nov 4th to arrive. On the morning of Nov 4th at 6am my time, my credit card was charged for the card. I checked the order status online and it said, "Preparing for pickup today." I was relieved that it had arrived as planned, and waited for the email notice for pick up that day. Of course, that email never came. The next morning, Nov 5, I checked the order status online and it now said, "We'll email when it's ready." No more mention of "today" and also no explanation of what happened. In the afternoon of the 5th, I went to the store with print outs including my credit card charge and the various order status messages since Oct 29. They checked "the warehouse" and came back to tell me that it had not arrived and maybe it would be in on Tuesday, Nov 10. No explanation for why my card had been charged on the 4th. I admit that I have zero proof, but my gut tells me that it DID arrive on the 3rd or the 4th and that it went to someone else. Time will tell of course, but I'm expecting that I will soon get an email saying that the credit card charge is being refunded and that I can order again next year. I am now kicking myself for having it set for store pickup rather than for delivery to my home. Too many more hands have access to it when it's store pickup.

Founders edition cards are usually limited supply, but this launch is even more limited due to scalpers and supply shortages. Since they release small quantities at completely random times, you have a 0% chance of getting one without a bot. MAYBE by like March 2021 there will be enough supply, but until scalpers stop having bots monitoring this page you won't find them.

Credit card was charged, but as of yet I have not received an email to pick it up. I went to the store the day it was supposed to be there and they told me that the manufacturer had not shipped any to that location, so I'm still waiting to find out.

The fears I expressed in my previous answer were proven to be incorrect. Best Buy came through. Now the 3070 sits in a drawer until I am able to get a Ryzen 3900X.
