Theres no real time unfortunately, but I got it be joining a few discord servers and signing up for alerts, and also installing HotStock on my phone. Notification systems are really good for getting Graphics cards, and It's how I got myself a 3070. if you search the name"fixitfixitfixit" on discord, it's a pretty good notification server for GPU's, CPU's, and more.
