“After 2 months of waiting, finally able to add to cart. Said no pick up avail within 250 miles. I live in L.A. County, counted over 40+ BB in the area. OOS now...How do you purchase this if I ever get the opportunity again to add to chart? Please advise.”

Same issue. Was on the page when it became available, had to have been one of the first, by the time it said add to cart again, it said unavailable in your location. Guess I am just going to wait until summer and hope I can get one then, or I will just buy a pre built since those seem to be available sooner.
