The dimensions of the 1660 Ti are 229 mm x 111 mm. The dimensions of the 3070 are 242 mm x 112 mm. So, assuming you don't have a compact version of the 1660, the 3070 is only a centimeter larger than the 1660 Ti. If you have a little wiggle room currently, it should fit. That being said, make sure that your motherboard is compatible and that your current CPU won't bottleneck the 3070.
