• The only problem you have is your Asus z390 uses PCIE 3.0 and the rtx 3070 supports PCIE 4.0. INTEL currently doesn't have a board running PCIE 4.0. Looking at your system use Asus 5 way optimization and goose your cpu up 5.0 mhz, and you won't any problems with BOTTLE NECKING.
