Bro, Best But doesn't care about you or me, They just want $$$$$, and if they wanted CUSTOMER SATISFACTION they would implement waitlists or special check out or pre-orders, but no, none of that is implemented. Meaning that as long as they can sell 3080 in 0,4 seconds to whoever (most likely bots) buys them, everything is OK.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It gets worse. I had this GPU in my cart only to get told it's not available for pick up at your store. An ONLINE ONLY item and they wouldn't allow me to ship it to my house. Tried changing to every Best Buy store in Missouri and same message. Item is not available for pickup at your store. Guess Missouri customers don't matter to Best Buy. Like you I've sat through many of these drops. 3 months worth now. This was the first time I'd been able to get one to my cart only to have them tell me they won't send it to any store within 250 miles of me. Ridiculous. Closed my BB card this morning and am not going back. I realize there's a card shortage and that's not Best Buy's fault but what's the point of going through all this hassle to only get told they won't ship the product to any store in your state. Poor customer experience. Can't count how many hours I wasted on this to finally get a card in the cart only for Best Buy to inform me I was never going to get it anyways because of my geographic location. At least NewEgg shuffle doesn't waste my time by making me sit around. They're upfront about it. "You weren't selected". Oh, and they'll ship to my house. Shocking idea isn't it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this experience this morning after so many tries. I Added to Cart then tells me to wait until everything was gone. Great job Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've just wanted a gpu for 4 months now and Best Buys buying system makes me do second steps or says waiting for inventory but wont let me do anything else to make it go faster. I've had an incomplete first pc build for little over 4 months and I just want a graphics card complete it, but I cant cause Best Buy will care more about money than actually giving their products to gamers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's been a year since your question and nothing has changed. Same bogus process, same bots instantly buying the GPUs, and Best Buy hasn't done anything visible to address it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s regional. I live in MN, home of BB. Every single drop I’ve had the same error on my desktop and mobile. It’s because the local warehouse does not have any Founders in inventory. Imagine living in the home state of the franchise and you’re not able to get any GPU because they don’t stock it at the local warehouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi FoolishPurchase: I felt a horrible sinking in my stomach reading how you got screwed out of being able to buy one at retail by Best Buy's flawed system the way you did. It's hard enough to -- well, actually for me it feels next to impossible -- to even get lucky enough to check in on BB at just the right time so that you can pay a reasonable price; -- which has to feel soooooo goo don many levels, especially knowing that some guy who may have a system or inside knowledge who goes on to scalp the cards on eBay isn't making an unfair profit off of you or others. Best Buy has claimed multiple times to have no idea when the ;RTX inventory is coming in, which is an obvious and blatant lie since successful businesses like Nvidia DO NOT operate so unprofessionally and in a way that doesn't do anything to build trust between companie s. They are very aware of the time period to expect the delivery in -- such as between this day and this other day that's a couple days later. I used to shop Best Buy when I was a kid a loooong time ago and just don' t go there anymore due to the fact that they failed (well, the CEOs did) to understand as Jeff Bezos did that treating customers like they are valued is a powerful thing as far as return visits and trust go. Best Buy currently refuses to do the waiting list idea because they just care about selling tthe video cards. Nothing else. They don't care, NOT EVEN A TEENY TEEENY TEEENY bit that that way of doing things is extremely unfair to the vast majority of folks who should also have the right to buy a properly priced card as the scalpers who sometimes got more than one card (and, seriously how, do they??) to sell. A waiting list is about as easy to execute as breathing is, and it also gives first priority to those who signed up earlier -- so stilll first come, first served. I honestly can't understand how Best Buy can stay in business with their attitude that customers' money, not the customers are important, and that their prices on about most or all in-house stock it oxorbitantly higher priced than an equivalent one sold on Amazon or elsewhere. For instance, a few years ago I had enough of an emergency involving my monitor's DVI cable that I dicided to check Best Buy for a replacement. They wanted over $ 40 for it ! I can't remember the exact price, but it was 40-50 range . I left and ordered a quality one on Amazon for $7 and had it delivered the next day. I was a bit annoyed about having to wait a bit, but I would have rather eaten my own feces than pay BB that kind of extortion . HONESTLY, SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY . AND MARK MY WORDS: YOU WON'T LAST LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THE 22ND CENTURY WITH YOUR CURRENT QUESTIONABLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT ATTITUDES. ;
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been trying close to a year now. I can't get past the bots. The rare times I se yellow and try to buy I get put in a que then they are sold out before I get to the credit card page
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here, make us jump through hoops and by the time they are done the products are gone. Best Buy stinks!
