Will my i7-7700k cpu be badly bottle-neck the 3080? null

It might if your playing some very cpu demanding games, id say if your motherboard and psu are pretty good your cpu should be the next thing you upgrade cause in 2-4 years when nvidia and amd puts out next gen cards there will probably be a bigger chance of getting a bottleneck in most games.

Not likely anything above a 6700k will do just fine.
