“wanted to know how this would pair with my new build. I am currently running a I9-10850k with 64gigs ram and an ssd. Noticed with my last graphics card that my pc was still slow. On newer games what could I expect to see if I add this card? res/frame”

Your CPU is still good and you have plenty of RAM. The card is outstanding and should perform that way in your setup. If your computer is slow try a clean re-install of windows. Make sure to backup first. If that doesn't help try a M.2 NVMe drive, they are super fast.
