Yes, this should run fine your system. Only things I can see being a problem are the PCIE gen 3 connection (which as of now is negligible in games, usually only a 1-2% performance difference if that) and your power supply being only 80 plus bronze. This card sucks a lot of power, 320 watts to be exact, so that plus overclocking will bring you're total consumption close to the max and power supplies aren't as efficient under high loads.
