• It should but Dell uses really poor OEM PSU's so be warned I used to have an Area 51. If you have a 750W power supply you should be fine but if you notice any flickering or experience black screens undervolt the 3080 immediately to avoid killing the card or your PSU. If you have an 850W or higher you should be golden.

• I'm using it with my R8 :) This one and the EVGA XC3 are the only ones that would fit in our case. I did have to replace the front fan with a 120mm fan and remove the fan bracket as well. So it's doable, but you'll need to improvise a bit.
