It depends on the rest of your PC. If you have the latest processors and maxed out RAM, you might be able to run Paint if you switch the UI in Windows to basic, and close any open applications. If you really want to run Paint, opt for 2x 3090's, those can run in SLI. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you only need 2X 3090s if you plan on running MS Paint along side calculator and notepad. And for running calculator at optimal performance I recommend upgrading your CPU to a Xeon or Threadripper
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on what you mean by mspaint. And run. Do you mean run in the sense of propelling oneself forward or running from your fear? Are you running to lead the pack? Are you trying to be an example, or trying to escape the examaple? Nietzsche wrote, “You run ahead? Are you doing it as a shepherd? Or as an exception? A third case would be as a fugitive. First question of conscience. Are you genuine? Or merely an actor? A representative? Or that which is represented? In the end, perhaps you are merely a copy of an actor. Second question of conscience. Are you one who looks on? Or one who lends a hand? Or one who looks away and walks off? Third question of conscience. Do you want to walk along? Or walk ahead? Or walk by yourself? One must know what one wants and that one wants. Fourth question of conscience.” When you want to 'run' 'mspaint', make sure your art matches up with furthering your internal goals and feeling not loss, but gain- at not only the distance traveled, but the art you produce from the soul. Thanks and buy my books.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might. I'm upgrading to this card from a 2080Ti as Minesweeper and Jezzball are becoming more sluggish each and every day. I'm capped at 120fps so a new monitor and this gpu will hopefully put me in the 200fps range. I also found a site review of the 3080 where they stress tested the 3080 with the Windows Space Cadet 3D Pinball game and the results were, low key, out of this world. Just buy it and keep MS Paint alive!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is rumored that at max settings with RTX On, you'll be looking at a solid 60 frames at 1080p. The game is very demanding so I recommend you have a really High End system already picked out or built. However with RTX Off, your frame rate should quadruple and could possibly be able to run at 60FPS 8K.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.maybe, but it might run into vram issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if running on 480p monitor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends. At stock settings you will likely suffer stuttering. If you OC, however, it should be OK. Might want to wait for Ti. Hope this helps! :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It comes with the "Brush and Can" add-on. so I'm sure it can do Paint!
