Later than you would like. Because BestBuy (and pretty much all other companies) don't care who buys their product as long as they sell it to someone, including scalpers. If they actually wanted to sell to their customers, there would have been a simple captach test at checkout. Done. No more scalpers. But no, what we have is pure greed selling out to pure scum.

Also, limit one per customer with registering their purchase with a state ID or Drivers license. I know there would still be supply problems but you would have a better chance getting one than now.
