I have actually looked into this and I have never seen anyone running the Pro Vega II Duo in a Windows system as that card is an OEM in the Apple MacPro. The Pro Vega II Duo is also $5,600 so it is unlikely anyone will be using that card for gaming, The similar Nvidia product is the Quadro RTX A6000.

I am sure this is better as the 3090 benches much higher than the pro vega 2 duo. 3090 is the best card for gaming right now.
