No. It is white only. I recommend turning the LED down to 1% or so. The white is very bright. Also it has RGB LEDs along the inside of the V nearest the top fan.

They are white LEDs. If the 3080 and 20 series are any indicator, they will likely be in an always on state unless you physically disconnect the cable.
