Not unless you overclock them. Checked the evga, asus, and FE and they all have a boost clock of 1.70GHz. The performance difference will mainly come in the design of the cooler of which card is kept the coolest allowing the turbo to be active the longest and the power limit set. Aftermarket cards might have a higher powerlimit but again that only matters if you plan on overclocking the things.

Please try again later.FE Cards will have the signature Black and Titanium brushed look with a standard clock speed of 1.7ghz while the custom cards IE: Asus, MSI, Etc will have a more premium look and high base and boost clocks as well as different power connects such as 3x 8 Pin PCIe compared to the single 12 pin PCIe found on FE cards.
