Hi all, I spoke with Nvidia and they stated it is supposed to come with the code. I spoke with Best Buy and they are blaming Nvidia. Nvidia is blaming Best Buy. I am currently awaiting a resolution but I will update once I know!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi all, I have an update Similar to the other user, Nvidia told me to give Best Buy the promo info, and Best Buy would tell me no (even with their supervisor). Nvidia asked me for screenshots so I did it again with live chat. I provided documentation of Best Buy denying the code and was escalated to tier 2. With tier 2, the Nvidia rep told me there was nothing they can do and to talk to Best Buy. Horrible customer service from both sides and a waste of my time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine directly from the Nvidia site yesterday and it states that it comes with it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Featuring the same run-around as others. I allowed Best Buy the 2 week window that Nvidia suggests to get a code. Nothing. I contact Best Buy support which told me to talk to Nvidia. I talk to Nvidia who told me to talk to Best Buy. Today I see Diablo 4 is now an option so I figured, why not try again with Best Buy to see if I can get my original promo code or the new one for D4. In the end I was told my original order return and exchange timeframe has passed and they can't do anything. Horrible service. Just a run around and then oops, time ran out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was also under the impression this should be part of the transaction. The Nvidia site directs you to a retail site FROM the promo page. The fact a $1700 card doesn’t have an even a pack-in game or content voucher is pretty lame.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think the promo applies to the FE when bought from BB.
