Yes it will but if you have installed a front mounted AIO cooler it will need to be relocated to the top.

Possibly, but I would suggest sizing up. My GPU is 336mm and that's already fairly large for this case. You're trying to fit a 357.6mm card in so might struggle. Mine fits fine and seemingly airflow hasn't been an issue, but those 4090 run thick, so might block off a lot of the fans at the front and bottom. Ascetically, it might look a little weird. But, if you absolutory love this case and the size form. You could always try mounting vertically.
