• Has lots of cords with it, but depending on what hardware you purchase and install, you might need a cord. I built a PC using it recently and did not need any other cords. Not sure of the reaction time.

• Like most cases, the H500 comes with Case chords and the Fan chords. When you buy the Power Supply that will have all the other chords you need typically. The H500 is a great case for assisting with cable management, A very well designed case.

• The wires are built in for the front panel usbs and power button. No other cords come with it. Is this your first built? I do not know what reaction time you mean. If you mean how long it takes to build a system it all depends on what you are using.
