Does this pc come with every thing that you need and if not then why does it say that everything in total is over 600$ null

This isn't an all-in-one desktop. This is a PC CASE to put all your parts in. You probably see everything in total for $600 because you're looking at the tab where it says customers also bought it with which isn't necessarily a requirement.

This is only a pc case. The pc case is only $60

No this case does not come with an optical drive slot. Most modern pc cases do not have optical drives because most games and multimedia are digital. If you need an optical drive I recommend getting an external usb optical drive and using that.
